Anna has practiced in different areas of law including corporate, compliance, criminal, labor, international, and e-commerce law. She was a female trainee at Advantage Austria in Riyadh and she got a Magistra Juris / Master’s Degree from the renowned Paris-Lodron-University in Salzburg, Austria. Anna’s past work experience in a variety of companies has allowed her to immerse herself in a diversity of legal areas.

At Advantage Austria, she was involved in international relations with Austrian companies in Saudi Arabia, and through the legal position as a student magistrate at the Austrian court, she was allowed to expand her knowledge in the field of criminal law.

Anna’s relevant experience includes:

• Advised over a USD 5 Billion project for a Major International Medical Company.

• A member of the team responsible for the joint venture agreement process over a Saudi and a Major International Company.

• A member of the team to advise on a litigation dispute between an international company and a Saudi shareholder.

• Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft relating to its Saudi Arabian subsidiary Deutsche Securities Saudi Arabia, a closed joint-stock company regulated by CMA, including different CMA topics.

• Foreign investors’ corporate-related advice on structuring their foreign investment in Saudi Arabia.

• Barclays Bank PLC regarding different regulatory matters for its Saudi Arabian subsidiary Barclays Saudi Arabia.

• Advised and established multiple joint ventures between different Saudi and International companies.

• CMA CGM SA, the fourth largest shipping line, on different regulatory matters.

• A member of the team advising on a multi-million USD EPC Contract.

• Elopak AS, the third largest supplier of packaging material for beverages worldwide on investments in KSA.

• Advised on labour matters including Saudization issues for various embassies and their commercial sections.

• Advised on inheritance-related matters in Saudi Arabia.

• Advised on establishing trusts and offshore companies in the Middle East.

• Advised in different regulatory matters regarding Saudi as well as international companies including legal due diligence, companies’ law, and Tender and Procurement issues.
