Career

Marc Henry has been a lawyer for over 30 years. After practicing as Partner in international structures (Lovells, then Hughes Hubbard), he joined FTMS in 2018. He has always specialised in business litigation and arbitration and has developed a particular expertise in Banking and Finance Law, Compliance Law, Liability and Contract Law, Corporate Law (shareholder disputes and post-M&A litigations) and Collective Procedures Law. Marc Henry also has an in-depth expertise in arbitration proceedings, in which he acts as both counsel and arbitrator.
He teaches Arbitration in several programmes (Masters 2) of the Universities of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Versailles-Saint-Quentin and has published many articles of doctrine in this field.
