Career

Tristan Dupré de Puget specialises in business litigation and international arbitration. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009, when he joined FTMS. He was appointed Counsel in 2015 before being co-opted Partner in 2018.

Tristan Dupré de Puget advises the firm’s French and international clients on pre-litigation and litigation matters and represents them before French civil and commercial courts.

In this context, Tristan Dupré de Puget distinguishes himself by regularly intervening in complex cases involving industrial risks and construction law.

Alongside Cédric Fischer, Tristan Dupré de Puget also acts for foreign clients in international arbitrations (CCI, CMAP, CCJA, ICSID, Swiss Chambers, etc.), notably in disputes relating to international contracts, construction projects and investment protection.

Thanks to these skills, Tristan offers his clients pragmatic solutions to their difficulties in order to preserve their interests.
