Edouard advises suppliers and users of digital technologies, particularly in the  telecommunications and automotive sectors. He advises telecom operators, IT integrators and car manufacturers in the context of their network, service or process deployment projects, on both regulatory and contractual aspects.

From the analysis and evaluation of the criminal risks of a project to the audit of its compliance with regulations (RGPD, CPCE, LPM, NIS), including the drafting and negotiation of the optimal contractual arrangement, Edouard offers practical and operational support.

Edouard has an operational experience of the digital sector thanks to the responsibilities he had in telecom operators and because of the missions he carried out within an administrative authority (ARCEP).
Edouard regularly conducts seminars and trainings on data protection and cybersecurity.
