Adv. Jacki Silbermann represents clients in various proceedings before Israel’s labor courts, as well as in proceedings opposite the Labor Branch in the Ministry of Economy and other government authorities.
Jacki performs employment due diligence for a wide range of commercial transactions, guides employers in the implementation of policies for the prevention of sexual harassment, handles work visas for foreign workers, counsels clients on their engagement with contractors, and prepares various legal memos regarding labor and employment law.
As part of her ongoing counsel, Jacki drafts various employment documents, including employment and termination agreements, and non-compete, confidentiality, and intellectual property clauses.
