The litigation department assists and represents its clients before arbitral, civil and criminal courts in the following areas: distribution, competition, contractual liability, product liability, post acquisitions matters, industrial risks and insurance, transport and criminal law.
Real estate and urban planning: Sekri Valentin Zerrouk assists French and foreign institutional and private investors in complex real estate transactions and advises its clients in the field of urban planning law for which the firm has the ability to set up cross-disciplinary teams.
