Eric’s areas of practice are litigation, international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, white collar crimes and labor and employment law. 

Eric is highly recognized for his extensive experience in sophisticated litigation of national and international importance. Having handled high-profiled, complex litigation matters on behalf of large global corporations, Eric offers quality and reactivity across a wide array of disputes: high-stakes breach of contract, unfair competition, product liability, fraud, corporate post-acquisition litigation. Eric’s comprehensive service, track record, tailor-made approach makes him a go to choice for companies faced with complex litigation. Eric also has extensive experience in white collar crime involving a wide variety of cases such as deceptive labeling of pharmaceutical products, misappropriation of trade secrets, forgery, misuse of corporate assets, hindrance to the rights of employees’ representatives or discrimination. 

In addition to high-stakes litigation, Eric also regularly advices and counsels his clients on sensitive internal fraud investigations. 

Eric’s top trial skills are also key for international arbitration: enhanced knowledge of international arbitration law and procedure, expertise across a broad range of industries and substantive areas of law and the ability to work fluently in English, French and German. Eric has dealt with the full spectrum of employment issues, such as large scale reductions in force, executive compensation, severance and employment agreements, restrictive covenants and trade secret litigation as well as issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring and bankruptcies. 

Over the past two decades, Eric has advised public and private companies in various sectors, including chemicals, automotive industry, luxury goods, pharmaceutical products, construction, banking sector, aviation and military weapons, tobacco industry, internet and new technologies, or logistics. 

Eric is qualified to practice in France, Germany and the U.S.A. (state of New York) and has the ability not only to work fluently in all three languages but also to embrace, understand and weight all specific cultural aspects that make each case unique, and is therefore highly valued as lead counsel on complex cross-border issues.
