Career
Hafize Stöhr joined KWR in 2023 as an attorney and head of the Sustainability department, where she focuses on legal support for renewable energy projects and advice in connection with sustainable real estate, with a focus on energy, contract, construction and real estate law, as well as representation before the civil courts.
From 2009 to 2014, Hafize Stöhr was a university assistant at the Institute for Roman Law and Ancient Legal History at the University of Vienna and subsequently completed court practice in the jurisdiction of the Vienna Higher Regional Court at the Liesing District Court, Vienna Criminal District Court and Wr. Neustadt Regional Court. In 2017, she started as a trainee lawyer in a commercial law firm in Vienna and gained her first experience in landlord and tenant law and property developer contract law. After passing her bar exam in 2020 with very good results, she specialised in the areas of construction and real estate law as well as energy law during her training period as a trainee lawyer at a renowned real estate law firm and subsequently at a well-known environmental law firm in Vienna. Before joining KWR as an attorney, Hafize Stöhr worked as an independent attorney in cooperation with a Viennese law firm in 2022.
