Position
Adv. Anat Gafni holds years of professional experience in providing legal counsel, and specializes in tender law, administrative law and civil and administrative litigation, as well as in-depth knowledge of the public and municipal sector in all areas of activity, including in the fields of legislation and regulation.
In the field of tender law, Anat provides comprehensive legal guidance and advice to public bodies concerning the formulation and publication of tenders in different fields, such as the acquisition of goods and services, asset sales, construction projects and, infrastructures, from the preliminary phases of drafting the tender, through leading all relevant proceedings, legal examination of the tender offers, legal guidance and advice to the tenders committee and finalized agreements following the tender, and finally representation in administrative proceeding and appeals.
Moreover, Anat provides legal representation to the firm’s clients in a range of civil claims, including claims in the field of labor and employment law.
In addition, Anat regularly lectures in professional forums on the topics of public bodies and tender law.
Anat is a member of the Israel Bar Association Tel Aviv District Ethics since 2009, and also as a board member in the Association’s Economic Company as of 2016. In this scope, and as part of her work, she is also a member of the Israel Bar Ethics committee.
