Suzanne MunroeSwitalskis Solicitors

Switalskis Solicitors works on the full spectrum of clinical negligence mandates, handling both complex and high-profile cases, and more routine claims, on behalf of clients. Sarah Tipton Walker and Suzanne Munroe jointly lead the practice; the former is active in relation to cases of complex brain injury, while the latter focusses on cases of cerebral palsy and birth-related injury more generally, with work often relating to chronic pain and still births. Richard Starkie works from York and brings a valuable specialism in product liability cases to the group, while Robyn Hawxby works on stroke claims and spinal injuries, and Charlotte Reeves works on cases of orthopaedic injury.
