Career

Alexander Müller has been an attorney at law at Haslinger / Nagele since May 2023. His practice focuses on constructive as well as contentious corporate law with a specialization in shareholder disputes and the support of listed stock corporations, while in the area of private clients & foundation law the focus is on inheritance law and corporate succession. He also provides accompanying advice in all areas of business-related civil law, in particular contract, consumer and banking contract law.

After graduating from the Johannes Kepler University of Linz, Alexander Müller was initially a university assistant (with Univ.-Prof. Dr. Christian Holzner) at the Institute for Civil Law, during which time he wrote his excellent dissertation on “quasi-legal” law at the interface between the law of obligations and property law. Subsequently, he worked as Senior Lecturer (post-doc) at the Institute of Civil Law (Univ.-Prof. Dr. Andreas Geroldinger) in research and teaching.

In addition to his broad publication and lecture activities, especially on civil and corporate law, Alexander Müller continues to work as a lecturer at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.
