Martin Oder is a leading figure in the public procurement field. He mainly advises contracting authorities and bidders on procurement procedures for large-scale projects for in the transportation, healthcare and TMT sectors. He assisted Wiener Linien with tender procedures for underground carriages for the new U5 and U2 lines in Vienna’s underground rail system. A market observer notes: “He produces very polished work. Having graduated from the Universities of Vienna and Salzburg, Martin Oder joined an international law firm, acquired a post-graduate degree in Bruges and acted as a lawyer in Brussels, representing (among others) the European Commission. On returning to Vienna, he joined our firm and had a leading role in developing our Vienna office. He is specialized in public procurement law and anti-trust law.
