Ekaterine Kiknadze joined Georgian tax practice of EY in 2005 and has accumulated over 17-year experience in tax profession. Ekaterine holds bachelor’s degree in business administration from Caucasus School of Business.
Ekaterine’s fields of expertise include consulting clients on local and international tax aspects of their current and planned operations, checking correctness of tax filings and identifying potential tax risks, assisting clients in obtaining binding tax rulings from the Georgian Revenue Service, assessing reasonability of additional taxes assessed by the Revenue Service in course of a tax audit, assisting clients in tax dispute resolution, etc.
Ekaterine led tax due diligence projects of target companies engaged in the software development, telecommunications, energy, betting and other industries. She has also participated as a tax reviewer on the audit of financial statements of the companies in banking, real estate, manufacturing, energy and utilities and other sectors.
