Career

Todor has significant experience in tax litigation, including at the European Court of Justice, as well as in different fields of tax, with focus on direct taxes and international taxation, tax treaties and transfer pricing controversy. He was representative of Bulgaria in the Working group “Administrative Cooperation in the Field of Direct Taxation” at the European Commission and in the Tax Committee of the International Bar Association with full two-year mandate.
