Thomas Bøgholm has two main areas of expertise. Firstly, real estate including purchase, sale and the development of commercial properties and commercial tenancy law. Thomas Bøgholm has significant experience within the development of properties for retailing. Secondly, Thomas Bøgholm works with general business law, including among others, the establishment, purchase and sale of companies, contract law, company law and board assignments. Thomas Bøgholm puts focus on fast processing in informal cooperation, based on mutual trust between attorney and client.

In addition, Thomas Bøgholm is head of the division for real estate at Focus Advokater LLP.
