Stefan Eck has been primarily active in KLAKA’s patent law practice for nearly 20 years. He is experienced in handling complex infringement suits, patent nullity actions and misappropriation actions. A further focus of his activities is advice on employee inventions and license and development contracts.  Stefan Eck advises and represents national and international companies, especially in the areas of mechanical engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry and general mechanics. In addition, Stefan Eck advises clients in the areas of unfair competition law and accordingly represents German and foreign clients in related proceedings in all German courts.
