Position
Michel Abt is the co-head of FBT’s Tax Group and a member of the Banking & Finance Group. He has a longstanding experience in all Swiss tax-related issues, with particular expertise in private client’s taxation notably advising high net worth individuals on their wealth and estate planning, assisting them with multi-jurisdictional projects and counselling on specific acquisitions. He also specializes in tax disclosures. Moreover, he is a recognized expert in Swiss regulatory and tax issues relating to investors and Swiss or foreign collective investment schemes.
