Since 1998, he has been registered in the list of lawyers; he has been a partner of the law firm since 1999.
Alexander Wöß focuses on all areas of corporate and civil law. A special emphasis is on issues relating to all kinds of liability law (warranty, guarantee, damages, etc.). As a persistent and persevering, yet objective and interest-oriented negotiator, he also has special expertise in the drawing up of contracts and in judicial (litigation) and extrajudicial resolution of disputes.
In addition, Dr. Wöß supports his clients predominantly in residential and commercial real estate projects, in insurance matters and in medical law agendas. In the field of M&A, Alexander Wöß is specialised in legal due diligence audits.

Alexander Wöß studied law at Johannes Kepler University in Linz. He gained a degree with “summa cum laude”.
Dr. Wöß is a graduate of the university course in legal informatics at the University of Salzburg. His European law dissertation on the topic of money laundering was awarded the renowned “Walther Kastner Prize” of the Association of Austrian Banks and Bankers and the “Dr. Pfeifauf Cooperative Prize” of Volkskreditbank AG.
