Position

Silke Goschler is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Munich office and advises on all legal issues for national and international companies in the areas of Commercial/Commercial Contract Law.

Her advice covers the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts along the supply chain (purchasing, sales, logistics, production and distribution) as well as related legal issues of operational business, including Consumer Protection Law aspects.

A particular focus is on the (re)structuring of distribution systems (commercial agents, authorized dealers, franchising) as well as online trading and leasing. Her sector focus is on the Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail and Industrial Goods sectors.

As a Commercial lawyer with many years of experience in international commercial law firms, she has experience in drafting standard contracts/terms and conditions in both national and cross-border matters and she assists her clients in out-of-court disputes and, if necessary, supports them in the transition to litigation.

Based on her experience from previous in-house secondments, she brings practical solutions to her advice in order to harmonize legal requirements and economic needs. She has advised various clients from the Automotive sector on market entry in Germany and Europe as well as on the restructuring of existing and the implementation of new business models. In addition, she frequently advises clients from various industries in connection with the termination of contractual relationships between distribution partners.

In Legal 500 Germany (2022 and 2023) she is recommended for Commercial and Distribution law.
