Position

Alina Roch is an Associate in Fieldfisher’s Munich office and advises on all areas of Employment Law.

She represents clients both in and out of court in all matters of individual and collective Employment Law.

In addition, she offers tailor-made lectures and training in Labour Law and Labour Migration Law for our clients, their managers and HR departments.

She advises our clients in German and English.

Memberships

As an advisory board member of the Civil Law Practice Group and a consultant for Labour Law and labour migration, she has been supporting the work of the Student Law Clinic of the University of Mannheim (PRO BONO Mannheim – Studentische Rechtsberatung e.V.) since 2020.

Education

She studied law at the University of Mannheim, specialising in Commercial Law, collective Labour Law and human resource management. During her legal clerkship in Mannheim, Frankfurt am Main and Johannesburg (South Africa), she worked for two international law firms in Commercial and Labour Law.

In 2021, she completed the specialist lawyer course in Labour Law.

Personal

Since 2015, she has been a lecturer in the Department of Law at the University of Mannheim.
