Position
Tassilo Schmid is a Counsel in Fieldfisher’s Munich office and advises clients mainly in the areas of Corporate Law, Private Equity/Venture Capital and Litigation.
He has a special focus on advising domestic and international investors or founders of start-up enterprises in various stages of their development. Besides that, he also offers legal advice to companies and entrepreneurs in a variety of commercial matters, including contentious matters.
Career
Since 2015, he has worked as a lawyer in Munich.
Before joining Fieldfisher, he gained valuable experience in the field of Corporate Law and Private Equity/Venture Capital with a Munich boutique law firm specialised in these areas. Before that, he was allowed to obtain practical in-depth experience of insolvency law and the conduct of complex litigation.
