Caspar Barthel, LL.M. (Cape Town) is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Munich office and advises national and international companies in the areas of Corporate and Energy Law with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
He advises on transactions, both on the buyer and on the seller side, as well as on (intra-group) restructuring and transformation processes, including cross-border mergers, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and venture capital. His particular expertise lies in advising on projects in the field of renewable energies.
