Position

JUDr. Zuzana Meinecke Fábry LL.M. Eur. is a Senior Associate in the Fieldfisher´s Munich office, specialising in Corporate and Energy Law matters with a focus on M&A.

She advises domestic and international clients on transactions, both on the buyer and seller side, as well as on (intra-group) restructuring and transformation processes including cross-border mergers, corporate reorganization, joint ventures and venture capital. Her particular expertise is advising clients on renewable energy projects.

She deepened her experience during a secondment at a leading German project developer and operator of power generating plants. Another focus is on drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, including energy contracts.

Career

Before joining Fieldfisher in 2015, she worked for several years at an international law firm in Munich with a focus on M&A and renewable Energy Law. She also worked in the Slovak office of a renowned German law firm where she advised German and international clients on their investments and on a variety of legal and commercial issues.
