Career

As a Manager of Legal, Trademarks & Digital Brands at Zacco, Kristian assists some of the world’s most famous brands with the protection of their intellectual property rights across a range of digital channels, from online marketplaces to social media to Due Diligence. He works in parallel as an Attorney at Law, advising clients on the practical implications of intellectual property law including the development and implementation of their IP strategy and the drafting, negotiation and review of legal agreements and contracts, as well as court proceedings when required. He also supports his clients with portfolio management, licensing and data privacy matters as well as advising on issues related to Marketing Law.

The nature of Digital Brands mean that many of Kristian’s clients operate internationally, within markets spanning multiple countries, and requiring a comprehensive understanding of cross border protections. He works in close collaboration with his clients, many of whom appreciate his cross practice expertise and insight. Such experience and knowledge allow Kristian, and Zacco, to advise on and secure client rights through an effective combination of traditional legal means and modern digital strategy.

Kristian joined Zacco in 2017. He has a law degree from Jönköping University (LL.M. 2012) and a degree in European Intellectual Property Law (LL.M 2014) from Stockholm University.
