For more than 25 years, I have worked with IT and technology issues, often leading edge issues. I have substantial experience from the sector, and I am also used to managing major projects including business advice and support in negotiations.
I am responsible for Setterwalls’ IP/technology commercial team in Stockholm. For more than 25 years, I have worked with issues relating to the IT and telecom sectors, both nationally and internationally. The assignments have included outsourcing transactions, procurement of major IT projects, disputes within the IT sector, digitalization processes and transactions, and investments in these sectors. I have experience of work with both large international organisations and smaller companies, as well as with investors.
I am active in various sector organisations, and I am ranked by the British ranking institute Chambers Global as one of the leading lawyers in Sweden within the TMT sector. I also belong to Setterwalls specialist groups within FinTech and Blockchain.
