Lisa is a Partner in Deloitte Legal’s UK Real Estate business having joined the firm in January 2023.  Lisa advises on all aspects of commercial property but with a particular focus on investment, development and projects.

Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Lisa spent 11 years at Shoosmiths and 8 years at Allen & Overy.

Lisa’s experience includes:

• Leading the projects relationships for a Plc company including acting on innovative income strip deals with most of the major institutional funders, large scale acquisitions and disposals and the roll out of rapid electric vehicle chargers across a large portfolio of sites.
• Acting on public and private sector joint ventures for the development and regeneration of town centres and residential projects on various schemes through-out the country for the creation of new homes and communities.
• Acting on several high profile city centre residential developments including large multi-phases schemes involving investment sales, forward funds and development financing.
• Acting on a steady stream of investment acquisitions and disposals, large value lettings and asset management work for multiple disciplines.
