Oliver Stevens has over 25 years of experience in complex and cross border litigation.

Oliver has a solid track-record in representing financial institutions, public authorities, infrastructure operators and other large corporations before courts and arbitral tribunals.  He advises and assists these clients in the fields of contracts and torts, banking and finance, insurance, corporate, and insolvency law.Over the years, Oliver has also acquired an extensive experience in defending investor mass claims and follow-on competition damages claims. He leads the insurance and reinsurance litigation team, which gained substantial market recognition in its handling of important insurance claims in various fields (terrorism, property, professional indemnity, credit insurance, financial lines, etc.). He obtained a registration as Collaborative Lawyer, which entitles him to conduct collaborative negotiations.
