Christoph Lindinger is a partner at Schoenherr. He has been heading the firm’s dispute resolution practice for several years, having previously been active in mergers & acquisitions. He focuses on domestic and international arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the world’s leading arbitration institutions (such as VIAC, ICC, LCIA, ICSID), with a particular emphasis on arbitration proceedings arising under bilateral investment treaties and post-m&a arbitrations. Christoph served as Schoenherr’s managing partner between 2001 and 2017. Under his leadership, the firm expanded into being one of the top law firms in Central and Eastern Europe.
