Stefan Kühteubl has close to 25 years of experience as a lawyer. He heads the firm’s labour & employment practice. Stefan’s field of expertise includes all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including providing continuing advice to employers on all employment law related matters, restructuring and transactions, advising and representing managing directors and management board members, as well as international employment law and public sector law, including outsourced entities. Previously Stefan was a member of the firm’s employment team between 1999 and 2004. From 2004 until June 2014 Stefan worked at a well-known Vienna-based employment law boutique, in which he was a partner since 2008. Furthermore, he spent six months working with the European Parliament. Stefan regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on labour & employment matters and has published numerous articles and textbooks on labour and employment law.
