Career

Niklas Kerschbaumer focuses on start-ups, venture capital, M&A and technology transactions, as well as technology & digitalisation matters. He regularly advises national and international start-ups, scale-ups, venture capital and private equity firms as well as clients from the tech, biotech and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Schoenherr, he practised as an associate with a prestigious international law firm in Vienna focusing on strategic M&A and real estate projects in the energy, transport and infrastructure industries. During his studies he spent an exchange semester at the University of New Orleans in Louisiana. He regularly publishes on corporate and data protection issues.
