Career

Valerie Ditz-Stimakovits has been working with Schoenherr Vienna since 2011, where she focuses on Austrian and European competition law. Her main areas of practice are merger control and antitrust proceedings before the European Commission, the EU courts, the Austrian Competition Authorities and the Austrian Cartel courts. Valerie also advises clients on the implementation of comprehensive antitrust compliance programmes. Prior to joining Schoenherr in 2011, Valerie worked at the Austrian Competition Authority.
