Career

Ayla Ilicali specialises in real estate law and corporate real estate law. She also advises real estate investment funds and clients on tenancy law. After completion of her studies at the University of Vienna and a clerkship at court, Ayla gained experience in highly reputed Austrian law firms, focusing mainly on real estate and corporate law. In 2006, Ayla earned a Masters in Law from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., before joining the real estate and capital markets group of the renowned US law in New York City. Ayla joined Schoenherr in 2009.
