The team handles both arbitrations with a seat in the Netherlands and the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. Investment arbitration specialist Mirjam Van de Hel-Koedoot leads the practice and frequently acts as lead counsel in high-stakes enforcement and set-aside proceedings.
