Position

Niels Chr. Ellegaard is responsible for Plesner’s IT, Telecom and Outsourcing team. He is known for his ability to analyse and manage complex problems and projects.

During his career, Niels has been engaged in a wide array of practice areas and is, in addition to IT, Telecom and Outsourcing, involved in board work and corporate law cases.

Niels uses his extensive experience to prepare and negotiate contracts as well as to provide advice if disputes arise. He also serves as an arbitrator in IT disputes.

Niels is a certified IT attorney and has been chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Danish IT Attorneys.

Niels is author of the book “Robots Entering the Legal Profession” published in March 2019.
