Position
Since 1999 Isabel Santos Fidalgo has worked intensively in all the areas of tax law with special emphasis on national corporate income tax – financial, commercial, and industrial – covering all specialties in tax matters. She has participated in the most relevant national corporate reorganisation operations. She has extensive and recognised experience in tax litigation (administrative and judicial) representing the most relevant national litigants and clients in legal proceedings in various areas of taxation.
She acts as an arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Centre. In 2013 she was a technical member of the Fiscal Reform Commission (IRC).

Former lawyer at Osório de Castro, Verde Pinho, Vieira Peres, Lobo Xavier e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados (2004-2006). Former lawyer at Abreu Cardigos & Associados, Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers (2002-2004).
