Themelis is specialized in competition law, having previously worked both at the European Commission’s DG COMP (state aid) and the Hellenic Competition Commission. He has been involved in a number of major antitrust cases and privatizations with respect to their competition and regulatory aspects. He is also active in corporate law, assisting clients with M&A transactions (including due diligence), corporate governance and day-to-day commercial questions and contracts
