Emmanuel is specialized in competition law, maintaining an extensive experience with active involvement in major antitrust and merger control cases before the Hellenic Competition Commission and the competent Administrative Courts. He has also handled liberalization cases in regulated markets, especially in the telecoms sector.

He has acted in a considerable number of leading cases related to privatizations, restructuring and M&A, as well as corporate finance and project financing.

He has published in the field of corporate and competition law and he has also delivered presentations in local and international seminars and conferences.
