Cleomenis is specialized in Corporate Law, M&A, Competition Law, Energy Law and Privatizations.  He has a long experience in major M&A and project finance deals. He has handled and successfully settled strong shareholders disputes of a significant value.

He has also advised in several high-profile energy-sector cases, both in the frame of privatisation procedures (gas) and in the private sector (oil and electricity).

He is specialized in competition law, having defended many cartel and dominance cases before the Hellenic Competition Commission and the competent Courts.

He has participated in the working group of the Hellenic Council of Corporate Governance, for the drafting and revision of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code, and he now participates in a working group for the development of best corporate practices for non-listed companies.

He is author and contributor to several local and international publications on corporate law, investment incentives and competition law.
