Career
Claudia has been working as a lawyer since 1998 and is a partner since 2007. She is head of the mergers and acquisitions practice group and was a member of Dirkzwager’s board of directors from January 2017 until July 2020. Claudia’s primary focus is on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint-ventures. She also advises on business law and company law and corporate governance. She has a standing track record in major M&A projects, particularly those with complicated international and governance aspects. Claudia is a senior lecturer in corporate law involved in the professional training of lawyers (BA).
