Peter is a partner in the Corporate team and heads the food and drink group. His experience includes M&A work, often with cross-border aspects, international due diligence projects, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance.
He has particular experience of advising on transactions in the food, manufacturing and technology sectors and co-ordinating large UK due diligence projects for overseas clients and their advisers. Peter has been recognised as a leader in his field for many years by Chambers and Legal 500.
