Career

Javier Rodríguez is an expert in business restructuring and designing holding structures, and in planning international investments of Spanish and foreign multinational groups. He has a markedly international career, leading the firm’s Tax Practice in the New York office (2009-2013) and working in international law firms in Buenos Aires and New York.

He is a member of the Zaragoza Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and of the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association.

He speaks regularly at seminars and conferences on international tax in Spain and the US, and has published several articles in specialized Spanish press.
