Cliona joined CKT following a distinguished career at the State Claims Agency where she managed a mixed portfolio of medical negligence and inquest files on behalf of several public hospitals and the clinical staff covered under the clinical indemnity scheme.
Cliona has worked on a on a variety of General Litigation cases including breach of contract, road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, professional negligence actions (plaintiff and defence), regulatory matters and employment law.
