Career
Maxime Chollet specializes in corporate law, contracts law and real estate. He has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital, mergers & acquisitions and drafting and negotiating agreements for real estate investments and transactions as well as complex leases, total and general work contracts. In these domains, he also represents his clients in courts. Maxime Chollet holds a double academic degree in business administration (HEC) and law from the Universities of Geneva and Sydney. He is one of the founding partners as well as the managing partner of VISCHER Geneva offices.
Maxime Chollet also acts as special coach for the start-ups promoted by the Swiss innovation agency (Innosuisse) and is lecturer (Company Law) at the School of Business Administration of Geneva.
