- Advised majority shareholder in a complex director/shareholder dispute involving allegations of gross misconduct. Successfully negotiated favourable settlement incorporating waiver of employment claims, transfer of shares and new post-termination restrictions.
- Advised client, and achieved a favourable settlement and exit package, in relation to an employee with severe mental health issues who had made three separate claims in the employment tribunal.
