Michael is a Principal Associate in our Employment Labor and Pensions practice group. He qualified in 2008 and practices in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. He has UK and international experience and regularly advises clients on employment law issues arising from organisational and structural changes. He also regularly handles executive appointments and terminations and has extensive experience of handling tribunal claims. His recent case work includes: advising on collective consultation obligations arising from the merger of a three European Companies; assisting a global organisation with the transfer of its central operations from the UK to numerous other European jurisdictions; advising a US based retailer on a large scale reorganisation in the UK and across Europe; and drafting employment policies and Bonus Schemes for a global company. Michael has been praised by clients' for providing advice which is grounded in commercial reality and takes pride in providing advice that is to the point and tailored to the particular circumstances.
