Hannah is an experienced international labour and employment lawyer who is qualified in the UK but now spends the majority of her time advising on global employee issues. Hannah offers a single point of contact for both day to day and complex international projects and supports her client base with employee law queries wherever they arise, including the implementation of global policies and ethics codes; issues arising from a global contingent workforce; changes to compensation and bonus arrangements; global background check queries as well as the creation of training programmes across a number of jurisdictions. Hannah also has a particular interest in cross border transactions and her recent experience includes providing employment advice relating to the disposal by a NYSE listed company of its global communications business for $2.6 billion involving employees in more than 30 countries; a reverse takeover, involving more than 20,000 employees in 35 jurisdictions; the disposal of a UK listed business across 8 European countries; an intragroup restructuring across 8 countries for a leading chemical company involving mergers and asset transfers and a post-acquisition, pre-spin reorganisation for a global automotive business involving employees in 40+ countries.
