Rossano has been with 2 Dr Johnson since 2007. His practice was initially in Common Law with cases that included a significant finance dimension.

Rossano’s practice now focuses on the areas of contract law, property disputes, (including actions under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996) employment law and sports law.

Supplementary to his core family law work Rossano undertakes instructions in probate, regulatory law and matrimonial finance.

Rossano advises individual and corporate bodies in a range of matters from breach of contract, property disputes, sports law and employment matters. Rossano’s clients have included leading sports agents and footballers.

Rossano has an unparalleled grasp of the financial implications of legal disputes and is also conscious of the practical issues that go beyond immediate legal problems faced by clients. He is, therefore, able to advise clients constructively and proactively.

Rossano regularly appears in the High Court, County Court and Employment Tribunals. He has also represented professional footballers in the Player Related Dispute Commission and the League Appeal Committee.

R v Da Silva – [2006] All ER (D) 131

The Court of Appeal gave a definition of suspicion that is now used as a cornerstone for determining liability for reporting suspicious transactions by financial institutions and companies.

Agrilek –v- Boundy (2005) UKEAT/0342/05/ZT

The Employment Appeal Tribunal considered the procedure following the withdrawal of a legal representative from an Employment Tribunal.
