Sam joined us a Practice Manager in March 2022. Sam started his career as a Clerk at 2 Temple Gardens in 2009. He then joined 5 St Andrew’s Hill in 2015 as Criminal Clerk and spent 7 years there before making the move to 2DRJ.

Sam is responsible for the management of the Crime team’s diaries, along with assisting Mia with the Family team diary.  Sam’s responsibilities extend to the day-to-day overall assignment of cases and agreeing fees.

Sam also works closely with the Director of Clerking and the Senior Clerk to assist with practice development.

Sam has been clerking for over 15 years. He delivers a high level of service at all times, and as a result of this, he has established strong and effective links with Chambers’ professional clients.
