Dentons stands out as a firm of choice in the real estate arena, impressing with comprehensive advice across diverse property types, encompassing office buildings, warehouses, residential properties, and PRS. The firm caters to both local and international institutional real estate investors, private equity funds, developers, and asset managers. Other key figures include Bartłomiej Kordeczka, the ‘best in class lawyer’ who covers all asset categories, advising on the structure of transactions, including the acquisition and sale of buildings, sites and development projects, and Monika Sitowicz, a specialist in commercial property sector investments. Martyna Racz-Suchocka and Magdalena Szwarc-Brożyna come highly recommended for their capacities in cross-border transactions. Agata Koczorowska, who has ‘exceptional contract negotiation and drafting skills’, joined the team from DLA Piper in September 2022. Jacek Jezierski is also noted.
