In a key matter demonstrating the team's strength,¬†Jakub Jedrzejak¬†and department head¬†Andrzej WierciŇĄski¬†acted as local counsel to Toys "R" Us as part of multi-jurisdictional insolvency proceedings and the client's subsequent liquidation filings.

Zimmerman i Wsp√≥lnicy Sp.K¬†enters the ranking this year on the basis of its clear specialism in restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy law.
